ABOUT:
SALVAGE was a one day festival of site specific performance art which took place on Saturday the 21st of September at various sites along Folkestone's harbour coastline. Invited artists were invited to examine notions of reclamation, ecological sensitivity, damage control, value and care. Artists were not given a materials budget but instead, asked to engage with the processes site responsiveness, reclamation & the eco-sensitive conditions of the festival's invitation.
