ABOUT:
ANHELO explored the edges of intimacy through a series of explicit, sensual images printed on satin and projected into the gallery. These works lean towards the darker side of erotica; a meditation on the poetry of queer desire. The photographic components of ANHELO are the first collaborative outcome from designer/art director Matteo Cortés & curator/visual artist; Benjamin Sebastian. The moving-image piece is their second collaborative work which premiered at London Porn Film Festival & Berlin Porn Film Festival (2018).
